Yes. Quantum Link Logistics services all points in Canada and the US including Hawaii and Alaska. This service includes partial shipments (LTL) and full loads (F/L). If there is a road, rail spur, port or landing pad, we can deliver your cargo to where it needs to be.
Yes. Each shipment is accompanied by a Quantum Link BOL and includes all relevant details. This protects you, the client, by ensuring all proper instructions are followed through.
Without effort! Our proactive staff traces all shipments daily for our clients. An email or phone call from our tracing department will advise you of your shipment’s progress. We also contact and inform the consignee as to the freight’s arrival time at no extra charge to you.
Unless otherwise declared on the bill of lading, the standard limitation of liability is $2.00 per pound. If your shipment is worth more than $2.00 per pound, consider obtaining additional coverage. Some clients who do a lot of high value shipping have coverage with their own business insurance policy. If you do not have your own freight insurance, we can obtain an economical onetime policy for you on individual shipments.
